This notice describes the ChartSplice marketing website and inquiry forms. Customer reporting services have separate data-handling arrangements.

Scope of this notice

ChartSplice is an Operandus product. The public marketing website describes the reporting service and uses fictional illustrations that do not connect to customer systems. A separate staging website is restricted to authorized reviewers through Vercel.

This notice applies to the marketing website. It does not describe the data handling of a customer analytics implementation or replace the agreement for that implementation.

Demo and contact inquiries

On chartsplice.com, the demo and contact forms collect your name, work email, organization, and any optional business details or message you provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the reporting service.

Validated inquiries are sent through Resend to an Operandus business inbox. Your email is included as the reply address. The website does not automatically add you to a marketing list, create a CRM contact, or book a meeting. No confirmation email is sent automatically to the address you enter.

Inquiry emails and responses may be retained in our mailbox and by service providers as needed to handle the conversation, maintain business records, and operate their services. The website does not keep a separate inquiry database. See Resend’s privacy policy for information about its service.

Do not include patient information, medical information, passwords, or confidential records. This marketing website is not a channel for customer reporting data.

Staging forms

Forms on the restricted staging website are labeled as tests. They validate and discard submitted fields without sending email, writing a CRM record, or booking a meeting. Use fictional details when testing staging.

Request processing

The server validates bounded requests before delivery. Application logs record delivery status and a provider message identifier, but do not deliberately include submitted form fields. Form fields are not included in website interaction events.

Vercel’s firewall limits repeated submissions using technical request information. The application also temporarily keeps a hash of the request’s network address and a request count in memory. Those application counts are not retained in a database.

Hosting and access

Vercel provides website hosting and authentication for staging. It may process technical request information and, for authorized staging reviewers, account information as part of providing those services. Its own privacy terms apply to that processing.

See Vercel’s privacy notice for information about Vercel’s handling of personal information.

The site’s application code does not create a customer login or a separate visitor profile.

Measurement and browser storage

This website does not load advertising pixels, external analytics services, chat widgets, or third-party font services.

The reporting interaction uses fictional fixtures in your browser. Optional interaction events are available in the page for implementation testing, but are not transmitted to an analytics vendor or retained by this website. The application does not set tracking cookies or persist form fields in local storage.

Vercel’s staging access protection may use its own authentication cookies. Those are separate from website marketing measurement.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the website’s data handling changes, including when adding CRM synchronization or measurement services.

The marketing website does not connect to customer reporting data.
